I agree with it allowing rim or mortise, I was planning on using a mortise because it gives you more options for modifications since you have a solid housing rather than just the plug and rim plate.

how about you simulate a real life scenario that you are locked out of somewhere or in. you could set a camera up on a tri-pod or have someone hold it and have a lock you have to pick(some type of padlock, so it can be easily removed and gutted).

the contest could be based on

toughness of lock
ease of access to the lock
various other things i cant think of right now
