Russian Tab Lock

Hey everyone! A good friend of mine is selling this lock and I want to give him a fair price for it.
I was unable to find any information on it, really so I don't know what it is or how much it is worth.
I do know that he got it from one of his friends in Russia. Any thoughts?

Thank you! It sounds like they are not particularly rare or expensive. He is a friend, so I wanted to make sure I gave him a fair price for it. It's a silly lock, but definitely unique!
