Lockwood price

Stopped by an antique and odds and ends store. They have an oldish Lockwood padlock similar to the one pictured. There is a shamrock on the other side. Works smooth, original key, rich patina. Really good shape. They are asking $35. What do you guys think? Worth it?

Re: Lockwood price

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that is not a real Australian Lockwood if I'm remembering correctly. It looks like the American version judging by the key bow and logo type.

The code is hidden in the tumblers. One position opens the lock, another position opens one of these doors...

Re: Lockwood price

Yes it's an American Lockwood padlock I believe that he is selling. I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to pricing old or vintage locks.
