Lock ID Help Needed - Pin-in-Pin Tubular

I need help identifying the lock pictured below. I found this in a pile of 80+ locks from a closed arcade sold on ebay. I bid on the auction because I spotted 4 TuBAR locks in the mix of mostly Chinese tubulars. I almost passed this lock by because of its terrible condition, but luckily, it caught my eye.

At first blush, it looks like a 7 pin tubular; however, upon closer inspection one can see that 4 of the 7 pins are pin in pin, much like a Mul-T-Lock. Close inspection of the key reveals that there are different cuts for the inner and out pins. Very cool! In addition, it appears to be UL rated (presumably, UL437?). As far as picking goes, it is certainly harder than a normal tubular lock, but not by that much. My google-fu revealed that HPC used to make a tool for opening this lock. The marketing materials I found from HPC says that it’s supposed to be “unpickable,” but the maker is not named, nor could my best efforts find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Lock ID Help Needed - Pin-in-Pin Tubular

Chicago made locks like that a while back. They made a 10 and 11 pin versions. In the 10 pin version, there were three sets of pin-in-pin stacks at 3,6 and 9 o'clock (if you have the tab at 12). On the 11 pin version, there were four pin-in-pin stacks, at 45', 135', 225' and 315'.

Have a book by Jerry Levine which addresses picking them. Always wanted one, once I knew they existed. Still no luck. Glad you got some!
