Warded Champion Locks

I saw these on etsy. Does anyone know if these are any relation to the Champion lever locks? I've never seen ones like this before.

I think D.K. Miller would roll over in his grave if the name "CHAMPION" was used on a simple warded padlock. Just look at what it was used on and try to pick one.
