Hey Guys,

Recently while Playing Fallout 4 I wondered to myself if it was really possible to open a lock with a Screwdriver. After a lot of searching I found a padlock where I thought it was possible!

I made a video of the lock I used and the experiment.

It was pretty fun actually, haha~

Hah! Very nice!
It always bugs me in Fallout 4 where the lockpicking interface is always the same style - for filing cabinets, desks, whatever - sure, wafer cylinder. But when you go to pick a super-high-security cabinet or safe and see that lil wafer style keyway... Just cracks me up. I guess it's an immersion-breaker that only people like us would notice, hah!

Out of curiosity, what camera do you use? The focus is super-snappy and precise. And for that matter, are you using any artificial lighting or is that actually daylight?

Thanks!

Yeah I know what you mean~ that would be cool if they had a couple lock interfaces and maybe even a safe cracking mini-game.

I am actually filming on my iPhone 6S! I am pretty happy with it.

Regarding lighting, I am using a florescent white light lamp that does a good job at mimicking natural sunlight. I have it positioned directly over my table.
