Old padlocks, need a valuation, please help

I got offered these padlocks today and the guy selling them wants me to make an offer. I dont think there's anything that exciting here, but can you take a look and give me an idea of how much i should offer to pay

I would go 30 or 35 dollars for the lot. The biggest one with the key is cool!!
