crazy bitted SC1 Schlage keyway..
never heard of these locks before.
really put up a good fight,for a 5 pin,no securities.
key retaining.

That's LaGard's logo on the lock. Probably not made by them, though.

Great Job Awol. Have you taken the lock apart yet, looks like the whole bottom comes off?

no, it is help together with roll pins...i haven't had a chance to drift them out yet
i want to see if anyone has done it before as well,just so i know what is involved

hate to bring up an old ass post, but…

i just got one of these padlocks and can't figure out how to get the core out to replace it with something high security.

anyone have any info/instructions on one of these padlocks?

Big thanks to Squelchtone!! i got it!

knock the roll pin out, unlock the padlock, turn the key so the locking bar is out of the way of the shackle, pull shackle out, remove both hex bolts, replace cylinder.
