ABUS XP2

Hi,

time for me to write my first Lock Porn Post :D
On the picture below you see from left to right:

Image

- ABUS XP2S
- ABUS EC 750
- ABUS EC 750
- ABUS D6

One of the EC 750s is the spool pin type, the other one is the serrated pin type.
But I have opened those locks just to get the feeling for the XP2.
It is my first time of opening one if those.
Hopefully I get it on video when I am back home.
I took one apart a while ago.
You can see some pictures here:

http://wiki.koksa.org/Abus_XP2S

This wiki is part of the koksa.org German lockpicking forum and has a nice database of pictures of taken apart locks.

http://wiki.koksa.org/Kategorie:Profilzylinder

So have fun with it.

[Edit]: I have figured out that the XP2 I have picked is the bump resistant XP2S. The pictures of the lock in the wiki are also of the bump resistant one. The difference is the one specific pin combination of inner and outer pin.

Re: ABUS XP2

The ABUS EC 750 with serrated pins and the XP2 are not easy.
The other ones are ok.
And least for me
