Best way to shoot material that needs UV Light

I have a nice bright UV light that shows a lot of stuff hidden with white light.

Are there things that I need to know or can I just point and shoot with my UV flood?

It can cause skin cancer and damage eyesight what sort of things do you want to know? I didn't quite understand your question.

Are there different techniques needed or is black light fairly forgiving.

I am shooting a lot of photos of human skin in old age home. My black light flash light shows details invisible with full spectrum light.

Can photo shop editor filters simulate the use of black light in existing .jpgs

I have photos showing the UV damage on skin from not using sun lotion.

Can software filters accomplish that?

I honestly don't know mate, I've seen people use negative images for simular things but I'm not that clued up on photography. For quick answers I would join a Facebook group it seems quite an involved question.
