Great Job, I am sure it is a lot tougher pick now. It is hard to tell does the tap and die do a good job of making lasting serrations???

Welcome Aboard! That picture looks eerie with the pins and pin drill holes exposed. I look forward to more.
I'm inspired however, I'll post a drilling video myself, soon.

Welcome to KP, great idea for the pin serrations.
Do the pins spin in the chamber at all when their being pushed up?
My first thought would be that they wouldn't but I'm interested to find out.

Nice stuff there... now I'ma gonna go and hide as serrated pins are the current bane of my existence, well specifically an American with all serrated keypins, and all drivers but one serrated... just messes with my head. (Yes, Kokomo, it's still unpicked...)
