I've come into an old filing cabinet with an S&G mechanical dial combination lock. I believe it's an 8x00 series lock. The cabinet is inside a cubby built into the wall. The cabinet appears to be anchored to the floor, and I can't seem to move it.

Do I have any hope of seeing this open? Can anyone positively identify the lock?

They are possible to manipulate open but the knowledge is not exactly wide spread.
