Then (1) I'll put a new number in 4L3R2L0 I'll then turn the key back.(2) I'll then turn key back to change combo but I'll put the same number in. 1) Why are you entering the new combination twice?
2) You do not turn back to "0" when entering the new combination.
3) Have you ever had the shackle open at any point since you got the lock?
