This is a new one on me! I never even heard of a Yale OC4, and it's in none of my resources.
Unfortunately, I didn't think to observe operation in the short time I had remaining, but I assume the drive wheel is on the dial side of the wheel pack, and the funny fixture might hold the wheel pack axle stationary. Just guessing. I hope I can get back sometime to really give it a better look over, and maybe some further disassembly as well. Enjoy!
