Sentry Floor Safe

Customer brought in their Sentry floor safe door. They wanted the combination for it, as it was currently locked opened.
The cover on the back is locked on, due to the locking bolts that pass through it. A little surprised by the fact I had to manipulate the safe open to change the combination. It was pretty easy to figure out as it only has 2 combination wheels and a drive cam. The National Guide to Manipulation has a chapter on it, and how to open it. Chapter 6, page 81. Funnest part of my day

Re: Sentry Floor Safe

Nice! It's similar in form and function to my old Sentry wall safe, though the combination on this one appears to be fixed.

I don't know, but it looks primitive compared to the one you worked on. At least they beefed up the levers, and made the combination changeable.
