Posted: Sat Feb 16, 2019 4:55 amThe large disc is a drill template. The small dials are replacements for the real dials, because the drill points are often in the outer area of the real dial. The small dials can also be used in emergency cases. I don't know what purpose the wire has. May to manipulate something through a drill hole.
