Can't help myself but I felt compelled to post this. Yes, the owner got it opened, but the hack job was unnecessary. I told the owner he should get a refund. 'putty' as a repair?? Locksmith charged $260 for his 'services'.

That is a shame, looks like a really cool safe. I wonder what made him decide to use covert drilling? Perhaps the client was in a rush and wanted it done right then and there.
