Everything appears to be original. Wheels are missing. Mislabeled? I did ask owner to post pic of back of lock with door cover removed. Anyone????

Figuring that the Mosler with a Victor dial ring and dial/handle just could not be, the owner now remembers that a locksmith some years before had replaced the Mosler dial and ring with what now is there. Apparently, the threading is compatible. The safe has a uniqueness to it now. 'Mystery' solved.
