Help Identifying this Safe

Stumbled upon this safe.

Need some help identifying it.

S&G mech lock and dial
3/4 in thick steel in the back
Can't find any markings
est. 800lbs heavy

Thoughts?

Because of shape of hinge straps, I'm thinking Diebold.... or ?

Some really unique characters are:
Modern S&G lock and dial, but yet have 2 separate locks that both needs to unlock to open.

Big thick steel case, 3/4 in thick.... but yet the locking mechanism is primitive. 2 bolts slide on 1 side... other side is held by a plate and hinge. Nothing on top/bottom
