Mosler Fire Safe

I inspected this Mosler today. Was told by a worker at the site that former owner never had the combo. He was just fooling with the dial and turning the key and it miraculously opened. The guts of the B101-F lock were in the safe in a drawer. Wondering if all the lock parts are there. I turned the drive cam to drop-in and turned handle but nothing happened.

Re: Mosler Fire Safe

I hope that I can provide some help here. The box looks like a GSA security container. approx. 52 x 22 x 36 ( iirc). check the locking mechanism for a relocker. On my mosler lock, it is a hole along side of the bolt. The cover has a brass pip that presses in the hole to release the relocker.

I am currently converting a mosler gsa box into a gun safe.

Hope this helps. Diy.
